Renting a bike and / or accessory with us is very easy.

Here’s how it is recommended in a few steps:

1 / On the home page in the „Quick Book“ section, enter the date in which you wish to borrow any item from our rental. Enter both the „Pick Up“ and „Return Date“ dates. If you wish to borrow anything for only one day, enter the „Return Date“ the following day.

2 / For individual bicycles or items you can „Show details“ for more information. In „General information“ you will also find the amount of the refundable deposit and the „Prices“ for one & two days and reduced rate for 3 days or more.

3 / Press the “Book” button and you will be automatically moved to the next page where the total rental price including the refundable deposit will be displayed. You must pay a refundable deposit IN CASH when you pick up a bicycle for rental. Otherwise, the bicycle will not be provided to you.

4 / You will fill in personal details that is used exclusively for the loan agreement and will never be provided to third parties. Then confirm with the “Confirm reservation” button.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email, which includes a booking number.

5 / If you wish to book more bicycles, repeat the process from point one. It is not possible to book more bicycles per one reservation. For each bike, a deposit in cash must be paid separately before the rental.

6 / On the day of picking up, just stop at our store during the opening hours with a printed confirmation email, sign the loan agreement, acceptance protocol and pay the deposit for the bike.

7 / You pay for the loan at the return of the bicycle. If no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded in full amount.

Book a bike from Friday to Monday for „weekend rental“. With this option, you pay a 3 day rental, can get the bike on Friday with return on Monday. Discounted rental rates can be seen in the details of each item in the “Prices” section. Picking up or returning to our store during the weekend and on holiday is not possible unless we agree otherwise with the customer. Store is normally closed at this time.
